Beech wood elements
Beech wood elements are known for their superior properties
Beech wood elements are individual pieces or components made out of beech wood. Beech is an incredibly popular hardwood due to its strength, fine grain, durability and versatility. It is accessible in two types – rough(unfinished) and finished. Rough(unfinished) pieces are available in different dimensions, widths, lengths and thickness and require further processing. Finished wood items are pre-shaped or pre-fabricated pieces, such as turned blanks shaped on a lathe. Functional yet structural elements are used for flooring, furniture making, crafting and cabinetry.
Beech elements have incredible physical properties and are renowned for their even texture, consistent hues and fine grain. Pieces of dense hardwood can resist abrasions, denting and other damage and are an excellent choice for applications where consistency is desired. Besides polished texture, beech wood elements also have a high bending, compression and tensile strength, which is why they are prevalent in architectural applications.
Wooden beech elements go with numerous design styles. Due to their superior properties, they are easily carved, shaped and finished, guaranteeing an accurate and detailed finish without compromising strength. Compared to other hardwoods, the beech is relatively affordable, thus being a cost-effective and sustainable choice. Beech wood is hypoallergenic. That is why it is the best selection for furniture or other products coming in contact with skin.
